Jessica Craine

Staff Attorney, Liberty Justice Center

Jessica Craine is a Staff Attorney at the Liberty Justice Center, where she works to protect Americans’ civil liberties and ensure that government actions conform to the Constitution. Her legal practice focuses especially on defending First and Fourth Amendment rights and litigating cases involving unlawful government and law enforcement overreach.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, where she served as an Articles Editor for The Legal Forum. Prior to joining Liberty Justice Center, she clerked for defense attorney Thomas Durkin on federal criminal cases and served as a Bradley Summer Associate with the New Civil Liberties Alliance, assisting with administrative law litigation challenging government overreach.

Before pursuing a legal career, Jessica served as a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working on national security matters and contributing to organizational policy and strategy. She holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence & Security Studies from The Citadel and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese from the University of Mississippi. Jessica is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. Her professional background and dedication to constitutional governance exemplify the purpose of the Bradley Legal Fellowship.
