Paul Clement is a Wisconsin native who practices appellate law in Washington, D.C., and served as the 43rd Solicitor General of the United States from June 2005 until June 2008. He is a Distinguished Lecturer in Law at the Georgetown University Law Center.

The Honorable Reid Ribble is NRCA’s CEO. Before becoming CEO, Reid served six years in the U.S. House of Representatives. During his tenure, he served on the Agriculture, Transportation and Infrastructure, Budget and Finance, and Foreign Affairs Committees, where he served as vice chairman of the Committee on Emerging Threats. During his time in Congress, Reid met with more than 25 heads of state and in his capacity on the Committee on Foreign Affairs traveled extensively throughout Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Curt S. Culver is a Non-Executive Chairman of MGIC Investment Corporation. Mr. Culver’s career spans more than 40 years in the private mortgage insurance industry, including 33 years at MGIC. Mr. Culver joined MGIC in 1982, was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 1996, and on January 1, 2000 became Chief Executive Officer at MGIC Investment. He added the title of Chairman in 2006. Upon his retirement on March 1, 2015, he became Non-Executive Chairman.

Pat is the Chairman, Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Fiduciary Management, Inc. (FMI), an independent investment advisor with approximately $17 billion in assets under management. He analyzes stocks, markets and macro conditions, working closely with the analysts and the Director of Research. Pat has been the CIO since 1989, CEO since 2010, and Chairman since 2017. He served as President from 2001-2010. Pat is a member of the board of directors of FMI and the FMI Funds. He is also a member of the Milwaukee Analyst Society and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Pat began his career as a research analyst at Dodge & Cox in San Francisco. He received a BA in Economics from Stanford University in 1983. He is married and has four grown sons.

Art Pope is Chairman and CEO of Variety Wholesalers, Inc., which owns and operates a general merchandise retail chain with 360 store locations in the eastern United States that employs over 8,000 people. Pope is also Chairman and co-founder of the John William Pope Foundation, a private foundation that makes grants to support public policy, education, arts, and humanitarian efforts. Art’s public service includes being State Budget Director of North Carolina for 2013-2014, being elected to four terms in the North Carolina House of Representatives (1999-2002, 1989-1992), and serving as special counsel to Governor Jim Martin of North Carolina in 1985.

Richard W. Graber

Richard W. Graber was named President and Chief Executive Officer of The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation in July 2016. He has served on the Foundation’s Board of Directors since 2014. Prior to joining the Foundation, Rick served as the Senior Vice President for Global Government Relations for Honeywell International from 2012 until 2016. In that role, he was responsible for leading Honeywell’s worldwide government relations initiatives. Rick joined Honeywell in 2010 as Vice President of Government Relations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He served as the United States Ambassador to the Czech Republic from 2006 to 2009, where he actively engaged the Czech government and private sector on a number of issues, including President Bush’s proposed missile defense system, transparency, corruption and judicial reform. Rick managed a 280-person embassy and was responsible for effectively maintaining and strengthening the historic relations between the two countries.
