ON-Lion Letter
In the recent YouTube rap-anthem sensation "Fear the Boom and Bust," John Papola contrasts the ideas of famous economists Friedrich von Hayek and John Maynard Keynes.  The popular video won the prestigious Templeton Freedom Award for Excellence in Promoting Liberty, was recently featured on BBC 4 Radio, and has reached more than two million hits on YouTube.

Building on the video's immense success, Papola, along with George Mason University economist Russ Roberts, has released the second installment of Keynes vs. Hayek.  "Fight of the Century" represents Keynes' and Hayek's battle over the government's role in our economy more broadly and demonstrates clashes in methodology.

Papola is a fellow at the Moving Picture Institute, which is supported by Milwaukee's Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation.
