ON-Lion Letter
Today, American sovereignty is more challenged than ever before, not from enemies that threaten us militarily, but from "friends" who urge us to share or reduce our sovereignty for larger global objectives.  In a new Enounter Broadside, How Barack Obama is Endangering Our National SovereigntyBradley Prize recipient John R. Bolton reveals what sovereignty means to Americans, not as an abstraction, but as a vibrant component of self-government.

The United States' former ambassador to the United Nations, Bolton looks in the Broadside at specific threats to U.S. sovereignty, from "global governance" to The White House, and recommends what Americans can do to defend our sovereignty and resist encroachments from a wide array of challenges we face.

Bolton is a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research (AEI) in Washington, D.C.

Encounter Books is an activity of Encounter for Culture and Education, a nonprofit group that is substantially supported by The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation in Milwaukee.  Bradley also supports AEI, and The Bradley Project on America's National Identity sounded the alarm about threats to national sovereignty, as well.
