In late August, Milwaukee's Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin will help the city's Harley-Davidson Motor Company celebrate its 105th anniversary with a special, limited-time exhibit showcasing the company's motorcycles.

The Harley-Davidson cycle is styled with respect for tradition and cutting-edge technology.  The museum's "Designing Customs" exhibit will shed light on the company's inspiration and design process and demonstrate the technological achievements that make its cycles look like rolling sculptures and function like world-class machines.

The exhibit will be previewed for Discovery World members on August 24, 26, and 27.  It will then be open for 105th-anniversary ticket holders from August 28 through 31, when tens of thousands of riders will be enjoying the anniversary celebration.

The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation in Milwaukee substantially supports Discovery World, on the city's beautiful lakefront.
