ON-Lion Letter
In late August, Nina Shea briefed Pope Francis in Rome during a conference of policymakers from around the world to develop strategies to fight anti-Christian genocide.  She is a senior fellow of the Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C., and directs its Center for Religious Freedom, which is substantially supported by Milwaukee's Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation.

Shea noted the importance of bringing attention to the inability of Coptic Christians to construct churches in Egypt and spurring the release and distribution of assets from ISIS to aid Christian minorities and other victims of genocide.
