A July short video from Opportunity Ohio recognizes how Colorado eased its traffic jam ahead of schedule and under budget.

"Faced with hazardous roads and growing gridlock, Colorado took the lead with a massive T-REX Project [Transportation Expansion Project] -- a $1.67 billion freeway-reconstruction project that streamlined traffic, an award-winning project completed ahead of schedule and under budget, one of 24 vital road projects jumpstarted across Colorado," according to the video.  "No new taxes, just better roads, making Colorado a better place to live and work.

"When innovative states take the lead, great things happen -- challenging other states to step up their game," it continues.  "It's called competitive federalism.  Learn more at Opportunity Ohio.org."

The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation in Milwaukee substantially supports Opportunity Ohio's project on competitive federalism.
