The First Stage Children's Theater in Milwaukee is committed to providing high-quality theater experiences to young people and their families in Milwaukee.  The First Stage Theater Academy teaches these youth life skills and stage skills, by offering classes to students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

The Academy's courses are taught by some of the finest professional theater artists in the region.  They inspire and engage every child, from the youngest to the most-advanced.

There are classes for students ending grades K5-2 in Fall 2008, students entering grades 3-4 in Fall '08, those entering grades 5-12, and those entering grades 8-12 wanting advancing training.

Registration for the Academy's Summer 2008 courses, from June 16 through August 9, is now open and can be completed online.  Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Milwaukee's Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation supports the First Stage Children's Theater.
