ON-Lion Letter

During Spring Break Camp 2016 at the Discovery World Science + Technology Center on Milwaukee's lakefront, attendees can put away their backpacks and notebooks for a week of non-stop, action-packed fun.  The camps feature activities, challenges, projects, experiments, and more.

Camps are available for Grades 1-2, 3-5, and 6-8.  They are from March 28 through April 1.  All camps begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.

The cost is $325.  For Discovery World members, it is $290.  Extended, supervised care is available for an additional, nominal fee on a pre-registration basis.

The camp for first- and second-graders is "Amazing Animals," during which children will discover the creatures that live both at home and in all corners of the world.  In the other camps for older kids, they visit a new lab space daily to experience a new topic each day.  The topics include electronic circuitry, aquatic organisms, graphic design, forestry and paper, and plants.

Registration information is available online.
