The American Veterans Center's (AVC's) 16th Annual Conference and Honors will take place in Washington, D.C., from November 7 through 9.  The event has grown tremendously during the past several years, bringing together America's most-distinguished and -decorated veterans and active-duty service members to share their experiences and lessons with students and fellow veterans.

Its audiences are made up of tomorrow's military leaders, including students from West Point, the Naval Academy, the Air Force Academy, the Coast Guard Academy, and ROTC and JROTC programs from around the country.

Last year, AVC began a partnership with the Department of Defense and The Pentagon Channel to create the first and only televised awards show honoring those who deserve it most:  our veterans and military men and women.  "The American Veterans Center Honors" proved a tremendous success.  It will take place this year on Saturday, November 9.

A registration form for the Conference and Honors is available online.

Milwaukee's Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation supports AVC, which is headquartered in Arlington, Va.
