The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies' 2012 National Lawyers Convention was held in mid-November in Washington, D.C.  The topic of this year's convention was "The Future of U.S. Constitutional Law in the Supreme Court."

The convention addressed the fact that at the present time, the U.S. Supreme Court is very closely divided on many foundational topics in constitutional law -- including federalism, separation of powers, and religious liberties.  The panels at the convention focused on these three areas of case law and concluded with a panel on what constitutes judicial activism.

Video and audio from the convention are new availabl online.

The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation in Milwaukee substantially supports The Federalist Society.
