ON-Lion Letter
The Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity in Alexandria, Va., has announced that Andrew M. Stiles has been named the first Thomas L. Rhodes Journalism Fellow.  Stiles will report for National Review magazine.

The one-year Rhodes Journalism Fellowship was created to honor "Dusty" Rhodes -- a true conservative leader and former chairman of both National Review and Milwaukee's Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation, which provides funding for the fellowship.

It will be available to a recent college graduate who has shown expertise in writing on taxes and economic policy, topics of particular concern to Rhodes.
